Mrs. Clark

Fourth Grade  -  Room 335  -  Albert Cassens Elementary

About

My name is Maggie Clark and I am beyond thrilled to be teaching 4th grade in such a fabulous school district and beautiful school building.  I have been teaching fourth grade for twenty-one years in District #7 and I love it! I grew up in Collinsville and went all through Collinsville public schools.  I attended Southern Illinois University and received a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Sociology.   After having two children, a boy named Griffin and a girl named Maclayne who we call "Laynee", I returned to Southern Illinois University to work on a Masters Degree.  I completed the Masters of Science program with a degree in Instructional Technology in 2006.

An incomplete assignment is one that is not fully complete on the date it is due.  An incomplete assignment may be turned in one day after it is due with 10 percentage points taken off the grade.  If not completed one day after its due date, the work can be accepted the second day after it is due with ten additional percentage points taken off the grade.

If an incomplete assignment is not turned in the third day after it is due, a grade of zero will be entered in the grade book and the work will not be accepted.

Parents can expect to be contacted by telephone or email if a pattern of late or incomplete work emerges to discuss strategies to improve homework turn-in.
